Certificate of Origin (Non- Preferential & Preferential )

Phytosanitary Certificate

Duty-Free Import Authorization License
An Advance Authorization License (also known as Advance License) is a key export promotion scheme issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry. This license allows Indian exporters to import inputs that are physically incorporated into the export product without paying customs duty, thereby reducing the cost of production and making Indian goods more competitive in international markets.
Free Sale And Commerce Certificate

It certifies that the products mentioned in the certificate are freely sold and marketed in the domestic market of the exporting country without restrictions and comply with the local regulations. Star Status Holder Certificate- DGFT
The Star Status Holder Certificate is an esteemed recognition granted by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in India. This status is awarded to export organizations that have made significant contributions to India’s foreign trade. Categories of Star Export Houses
- One Star Export House: Export performance of at least USD 3 million.
- Two Star Export House: Export performance of at least USD 25 million.
- Three Star Export House: Export performance of at least USD 100 million.
- Four Star Export House: Export performance of at least USD 500 million.
- Five Star Export House: Export performance of at least USD 2 billion.
100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Projects
A 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) is a scheme introduced by the Indian government to promote export-oriented production and facilitate foreign exchange earnings. Units set up under this scheme are required to export their entire production (with permissible exceptions) and are provided with various benefits and incentives to boost their competitiveness in international markets.

Factory Stuffing Permission- Self Sealing
- Factory Stuffing Permission with Self-Sealing is a procedure that allows exporters in India to stuff (load) export cargo directly into containers at their factory or premises instead of at a Container Freight Station (CFS) or Inland Container Depot (ICD). This procedure streamlines the export process, reduces handling time and costs, and improves overall efficiency.
- The self-sealing aspect refers to the permission granted by customs authorities to the exporter to seal the container with a tamper-proof seal without the need for a customs officer’s supervision at the time of stuffing.
Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment Documentation
Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Documentation are essential aspects of the export process, ensuring that goods are correctly documented, inspected, and verified before and after they are shipped. These documents are crucial for compliance with regulatory requirements, securing payments, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across international borders.
RoDTEP incentive
The Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) is a scheme introduced by the Government of India to promote exports by reimbursing various central, state, and local duties and taxes that are not refunded through other mechanisms. This scheme aims to make Indian products more competitive in the global market by ensuring that the taxes and duties incurred during the production process are not exported along with the products.
Market Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme
The MDA Scheme is an initiative by the Government of India, primarily through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, aimed at encouraging Indian exporters, especially Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to explore and develop overseas markets. Overseas Trade Delegations: The scheme supports the participation of exporters in trade delegations organized by Export Promotion Councils or other eligible organizations
Product Promotion and Advertising: Financial assistance is provided for product promotion, including the cost of advertising in international media and conducting overseas publicity campaigns.
Export Certification: Assistance is provided to obtain international certifications necessary for exporting to specific markets.
- Quality Management Certification Subsidy:
The subsidy for obtaining Quality Management Certifications is designed to help exporters comply with international standards and regulations by reducing the financial burden associated with obtaining certifications like ISO, HACCP, and others.
Ayurvedic license
An Ayurvedic License is a legal requirement for manufacturers, sellers, and practitioners involved in the production and sale of Ayurvedic medicines and products in India. The license ensures that the products meet the quality, safety, and efficacy standards prescribed by the government, particularly under the regulatory framework established by the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy) and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
Types of Ayurvedic Licenses
